Use | Rosin pentaerythritol ester has the characteristics of large molecular weight, low acid value, high hardness and softening point. Compared with rosin glyceride, it has better oxidation resistance, water resistance, alkali resistance and excellent stability. It is widely used as a pressure-sensitive adhesive, hot melt adhesive, etc., as well as a modifier for rubber and plastic. At present, zinc oxide or boric acid is mostly used in the industry as a catalyst to catalyze the esterification of rosin and pentaerythritol. The process has the problems of high reaction temperature, long reaction time and deep color of the product. The main properties are soluble in cyclohexane, petroleum ether, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, acetone and other solvents; low odor, good oxidation resistance and thermal stability, strong adhesion. It can be miscible with various polymer EVA and other phases.

It is polymerized with vegetable oil and applied to ester phenolic paint. Preparation method 1: Rosin pentaerythritol ester includes the following preparation steps:
A. vacuum distillation of 100kg of raw material rosin to obtain refined rosin;
B, in the stirring state, the refined rosin prepared by step a is put into a reaction kettle, 5kg of hydroquinone, 15kg of pentaerythritol and 0.02kg of cobalt acetate are added in sequence, then heated to 350 ℃ under vacuum pressure, stirred at constant temperature and reacted for 2 hours;
